On 27 October, UNPOG staff participated in the 2022 SDTF, which was organized by DSDG/UNOSD, and delivered a presentation on innovative governance for sustainable development during the thematic Session on Sustainable development governance: is it fit for purpose?. The presentation elaborated on: i) the main challenges and capacity gaps of public institutions; ii) key factors for driving digital government transformation and challenges of digital transformation at local level; and iii) utilizing the UN DESA Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs for capacity development of public institutions. Two CEPA Members also participated in this thematic session.
