DPIDG/UNPOG, joined by 15 other international organizations resident in Incheon, attended the 2022 Incheon International Organizations Workshop, which was hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City on 13 December. This annual Workshop organized by the host city aims to promote partnership between the Government of the Incheon Metropolitan City and international organizations and forge synergy of programme activities among international organizations. By tapping the ODA funds to sponsor the participation of government officials from its friendly sister cities of developing countries in the training programmes led by international organizations, the Government of Incheon Metropolitan City is committed to fostering key talents of local governments in the field of ICT, administrative capacity, climate change and disaster response for SDG implementation at local levels.
